Job Description

Plans, designs, and coordinates overall Facility Maintenance/Upkeep, maintains Environmental Management Systems & is responsible to maintain our overall Safety Management Systems.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supervise/direct Maintenance employees
  • Coordinate all facility related activities
    • Daily Maintenance/upkeep of facility/equipment
    • Coordination & implementation of new capital projects with the support of project leaders
    • Coordinate all Local, State, Federal & Corporate reporting related to Environmental Management Systems & Safety Policies
  • Responsible for the development and execution of Preventative Maintenance plan for the facility (Assembly/Machine Shop/Buildings & Grounds)
  • Lead & coordinate our Safety Management system in conjunction with the Operations, Plant leadership team & EHS Leader for Global Operations

Job Requirements

  • Ability to analyze data, form plans and execute at the tactical level
  • Detail-oriented, able to establish priorities and manage deadlines

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related degree is required
  • Demonstrated knowledge of High Voltage Power (480 volts)
  • Ability to troubleshoot/direct repair of CNC equipment, Test Stands and Assembly equipment
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word and PowerPoint is required
