Job Description



This position is responsible for the full range of HR support activity including employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, performance management, training, employment regulations, and associate engagement.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Along with those identified below, other duties may be assigned.

  • Partner with managers to actively improve associate engagement, including maintaining and coordinating various recognition programs and employee events.
  • Manage process and execution of staffing at all levels of the organization.
  • Support and guide managers in dealing with employee relations issues and performance improvement opportunities to proactively address employee needs.
  • Provide benefit support to employees for enrollment, status changes, wellness program, plan provisions, and other general inquiries.
  • Partner with managers to establish and provide training and development opportunities.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Support the improvement of KPIs including timely submission of data and action plan implementation.
  • Maintain HRIS records and manage physical associate files.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to make recommendations to management for corrective action and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain compliance with federal and state employment regulations.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ broad, hands-on human resources experience in a manufacturing environment with significant experience in professional level staffing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is required.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to exercise a high degree of professionalism in interactions with all levels of internal and external clients and work effectively with different cultures.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, proven ability to influence managers.
  • Detail oriented, able to establish priorities and manage deadlines.
