Job Description

The HR Systems Analyst will play a key role as part of our Corporate HR team with responsibility for HCM system implementation, maintenance and development in a global, multi-business group environment.  This individual must have strong communication skills to work effectively with associates at all levels of the organization.  The team member will be responsible for ensuring that all HCM Systems meet the needs of our organization and that associated data is managed efficiently and in compliance with law. The successful candidate will also have the ability to creatively solve problems and facilitate new approaches and concepts to improve delivery of HR services to employees and managers. The Analyst will report to the Sr. Manager, Corporate HR with indirect reporting to the IT team.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with customers, external partners and stakeholders to analyze all HCM system requirements to recommend, develop and implement solutions.
  • Effectively design, implement and document business processes to ensure efficient and compliant work flow.
  • Perform daily system maintenance including service ticket completion and system updates.
  • Design and execute effective data management processes and maintain data integrity.
  • Monitor system activity and provide troubleshooting solutions when needed.
  • Develop and implement new HR systems.
  • Provide training for all annual system processes.
  • Maintain reporting standards and coordinate reporting requirements across multiple business units.
  • Ensure that security protocols regarding HCM systems are in place and followed according to Sarbanes Oxley.
  • Work closely with the IT group to integrate and manage HCM systems based on larger IT structure.
  • Drive HCM system and services process improvements, automation and harmonization globally.
  • Analyze and recommend enhancements and upgrades to HR technology.
  • Periodic global travel required.

  • Goal, metric, and results-oriented, with the ability to establish a strong sense of responsibility, accountability, and enthusiasm among the teams with which he/she interacts.
  • Possesses an analytical mind and problem-solving skillset for determining when software changes should be made and how systems can be made more efficient.
  • Demonstrates an ability to keep up with changing technologies.
  • Prior experience with a cloud based, SaaS data management system RFP is preferred.
  • Demonstrates an ability to teach both technical and non-technical team audiences on system usage.
  • Able to navigate conflict, work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to frequent changes.
  • Must be organized and possess strong time and project management skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work on projects alone or in a group setting.
  • Shows resourcefulness in research, learning and initiative.
  • Continuous improvement mindset.
  • Experience working within HR, Benefits and Payroll Systems a plus; comparable business systems project management and implementation experience also acceptable.
  • Ability to analyze and document complex business processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology Business, or a related field is required.
  • 5+ years of configuration, implementation or business support experience working with an IT or HR cloud based, SaaS data management system.
