Job Description

The Internal Sales Administrator
/ part time with 30 hours per week

will receive enquiries from customers via email or telephone and prepare and send quotations back to the customer using standard price lists, checking margins are in line with acceptable levels.

Duties will also include:

  • Refer any enquiries outside own levels of approval to the Commercial Manager
  • Process orders received by completing paperwork and passing to the Operations Department
  • Providing exceptional customer service to exceed customers' expectations.
  • Maintaining good relationships and communication with the customer to ensure they are updated throughout the order process.
  • Being proactive in your approach to complicated or urgent orders.
  • General administration duties as required.

  • Previous experience within a manufacturing and sales environment
