Summary
Individual is responsible for supporting the design, implementation and communication of the Company’s Total Rewards programs and initiatives, with significant focus on compensation and benefits. Responsibilities include ensuring that the Company’s compensation structure (including base salary, bonus plans, pay structures, salary/merit planning and equity program) is competitive, scalable, measurable, as well as supporting all other Total Rewards programs.
