Job Requirements

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 


1) Work with North America R&D team in creating the CFT action plan and Gantt charts for all types of 
projects.
2) Manage all the RFQ coming from customers and coordinate to provide the required solution
3) Drive cross functional project reviews and related events
4) Participate in the Daily/weekly project meetings & update the action plan & publish the weekly report
5) Participate in team reviews and ensure availability (in collaboration with Manufacturing, Sourcing, 
Purchase & IQA Quality) of components, subassemblies, tooling, etc. for all Prototypes, TG, Non-TG & 
VAVE projects
6) Timely escalate issues to debottleneck & resolve for adherence to the milestones.


FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES:
1) Experience of working in a cross-function environment to deliver project deliverables
2) Exposure to new product development and prototyping of an engineering/manufacturing product
3) Experience working closely with cross-functional teams, including customers
3)4) Experience preparing detailed Gantt charts in Microsoft office, Smart Sheet or equivalent. 
4)5) Ability to work closely with global interfaces
5) Experience in working US shifts.

 
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with 5 years of experience in Project Management with exposure to 
product development cycle of an engineering / manufacturing product.
