Job Requirements


1) Lead the regional sales team and manage all aspects of sales & business development including key 
account management, channel partner management, funnel building, share gain, go-to-market strategy 
2) Develop and execute regional business growth strategy - Perform strategic market analysis to determine 
target markets, customers, and go to market strategy for geographical territory
3) Develop/Improve processes to manage the leads and funnel
4) Lead pricing strategy development and implementation and reporting in line with site specific margin 
expansion targets.
5) Carry out detailed risk assessment and appropriate actions to protect and grow margins
6) Work closely with the global marketing team on regional marketing plan, new product launches, content
creation & budget formulation
7) Grow and develop the sales team through talent assessment, career discussions and development plans
8) Collaborate with global cross functional teams to drive shared results

1) Ability to create compelling business cases
2) In-depth knowledge and application of pricing & margin expansion strategies
3) In-depth understanding of yearly budgeting process and ability to forecast
4) Understand and forecast the impact of dynamic situations (Swings in revenue compared to Budget) and 
ensuring the alignment of resources, costs accordingly
5) Ability to comprehend customer needs, keep a strong rapport with key decision makers/leaders at key 
6) Create a rigor and process around continuous monitoring of KPI's. Use tools for monitoring and controlling 
the KPI performance. Ensure communication around the performance on KPI's with broader team,
continuously align the team on priorities.
7) Ability to comprehend written contracts
8) Able to communicate with key stakeholders in a proactive, concise and compelling manner in order to 
counsel, provide guidance and influence as appropriate
9) Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Powerpoint, Outlook, Word, Excel)

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering with 10+ years of Sales Leadership experience
• Experience within the Motion Control industry shall be preferred
• Candidate with MBA shall be preferred
