Job Description

Process customer orders by picking and packaging product, assembling required paperwork, and coordinate shipping.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure the safe operation of assigned equipment
  • Elevate safety, compliance, quality, maintenance, efficiency concerns to management
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment in line with the principals of 5S
  • Understand and apply policies, procedures, instructions from the Management System
  • Report any defective or potentially out of tolerance product
  • Pick orders from Oracle, find product from inventory, verifying correct lot numbers
  • Labels product in accordance with Thomson and customer’s requirements
  • Packaging product to prevent damage and in accordance with Thomson and customer’s requirements
  • Work with Thomson Customer Service to coordinate customer communication
  • Complies with international shipping rules and corporate compliance requirements
  • Contact shipping companies to get rates and schedule pick-ups

Critical Competencies

  • English literary, both reading and writing
  • Lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to follow and execute both verbal and written instructions
  • Computer literate
  • Good telephone etiquette

Education and Experience Requirements

  • High School Education or Equivalent
