Job Description

 1. Lead RFQ management process in collaboration with the cross functional teams to achieve ROI, margin expansion and sales growth in line with Strategic plan.
2. Develop and implement pricing strategy for Global Channel Partners. Update price list in line with product strategy to maximize revenue
3. Lead monthly production, sales, inventory (PSI) process. Maintain Site forecast and work cross-functionally with Finance, Sales and Operations teams to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
4.Lead Sales Funnel Management process to drive new business opportunities from generating customer specifications (RFQ) and prototypes to production readiness.
5. Support new product growth strategy through effective execution of product roadmap
6.Develop & execute Go to Market strategy for Mix & Match offerings to increase market penetration
7. Develop product life cycle strategies to maximize sales & profits for End of Life products.
8. Work directly with marketing communication team to support Product Catalog development process.
9. Drive cross functional efforts to improve overall customer relationships

Job Requirements

                        FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES:

  1. Knowledge of B2B / Industrial Marketing & OEM/ Channel Partner Sales
  2. Financial analysis skills (budget, P&L, margin and ROI analysis, etc.)
  3. Must be proficient in working with the Internet and Microsoft Office tools  EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:B.E in Mechanical/Production with 4+ years of experience OR B.E in Mechanical/Production + MBA in Marketing with 3+ Years of experience


Internal: Finance, Operations, Engineering

External: Customers, Portescap Global Sales Team
